Glockenspiel Committee member Rose Marie Mazanke reached out to our sister city in Montabaur Germany, informing of our efforts to raise funding for our Glockenspiel Tower. Upon seeing this, former Board members Larry & Kathy Stull donated $10,000 for one of the "C" bells!
Glockenspiel Tower project was awarded $25,000 from Gillespie County HOT funds.
Cheri & Bob Rothermel wanted to make a difference with a donation in memory of Robert Barrett “Bob” Carter.
So they donated the 4 Belgium Clocks for our Tower. What an incredible gift in memory of Bob Carter!
Thank you Cheri & Bob Rothermel!

Recently Sandy Braddock & her husband David were looking to celebrate her 75th birthday…upon hearing about the Glockenspiel & the history we were trying to celebrate with it, Sandy could think of no better way to celebrate her birthday than donating towards the project.
Their generous $100,000 donation will fund the figurines of John O. Meuesbach our founder & the Comanche Chief who signed the peace treaty in 1846. Additionally they loved the entire aspect of our bell tower so their donation also funded a 342 lb. “F” bell. Happy 75th Sandy!!
